1. Service Description & Expert Calibration

The Meld Medium AI Suite is a proprietary advertising management utility. By subscribing, you are engaging a "Senior Architect Calibration". Your first 30 days include a manual account overhaul by a 20-year PPC veteran to stop wasted spend, followed by the deployment of our automated 24/7 AI monitoring suite.

2. User Accountability (The Shield)

The Subscriber retains 100% ownership and final authority over their Google Ads account. While Meld Medium AI provides automated monitoring and optimization logic, the Subscriber is solely responsible for all advertising expenditures and business outcomes. Meld Medium is not a fiduciary and is not liable for fluctuations in ad spend or platform-wide performance shifts.

3. Payments and No-Refund Policy

• Accountability: To ensure high-intent participation, we do not offer free trials.

• No-Refunds: Your initial payment covers the immediate, manual expert labor required to calibrate your account. Due to the high-value manual overhaul and the immediate delivery of proprietary logic, all payments are non-refundable.

• Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel at any time through the Wix Member Dashboard to prevent future monthly billing.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meld Medium’s total liability for any claim arising from this service shall be limited to the amount paid by the Subscriber for the single month of service immediately preceding the claim.
